Shivram G Iyer's personal yoga practice became consistent when he was 27 years of age. He had a history of Asthma since childhood. Every time there was a climate change, his health was affected. He would take medicines which gave him only temporary relief. He vividly now remembers thinking: that he may not recover from this asthma attack and has to live with it for the rest of his life. Searching for a cure he stumbled upon Yoga. And he thanks Yoga for what he is today.
Now for the past 25 years, I have been continuously practising yoga and have passed my Yoga Level 1 exam conducted by the Ayush Mantralay, Govt. Of India.
